Our owner and roaster, Jill Killen, is a certified Q Grader who selects every coffee we roast. She opened Cloud City Coffee in 2002, so our advice comes from more than two decades behind a Seattle espresso bar.

We source delicious, traceable coffee and pay our partner farmers a fair price. Our lineup pairs distinctive single origins with classic blends, so you get both variety and value.

Training and support

We provide on site barista training, espresso dial-in, brewed coffee and pour over strengths and strategies, coffee taste and strength feedback, and refresher courses.

Consultation

We are here to help with menu development and drink pricing, espresso machine and grinder selection, bar layout and workflow, and concept planning for new cafes.
