Anaerobically Fermented Washed Process / Medium-Light Roast

This coffee is a combination of three highly regarded producers in the Huila region of Colombia. They grow the distinctive pink bourbon varietal and anerobically ferment with the cherry on, then again after it's depulped. It is then fully washed, producing a creamy and sweet cup with a delightful tartness, like a pink lady apple.
